Get enough sleep. If you can’t follow the recommended 7 to 9 hours of zzz every night, go to bed earlier than the usual every night and feel the difference in a week.
Exercise. Choose a workout routine that suits your lifestyle and situation and try to commit to doing it even for just 10 to 30 minutes a day.
Calm down and relax every day. Spend a few minutes to have cleansing baths, meditate the usual way or with tea, pray, or simply do a breathing exercise.
Find your DEEPEST WHY. What truly motivates you to start a healthier journey? What’s your purpose? Why do want to make healthier choices? This will help you move forward or when you go back on track.
You might want to use mobile apps to reach your health goals.
If you can, go for healthier snacks, such as string cheese, banana with peanut butter, hardboiled eggs, etc.
Drink green tea or other tea blends. Varying herbs can support the immune system, ease skin inflammation and do much more.
You might want to reduce your intake of sugary soda as it is loaded with a lot of sugar. For instance, a can of a fizzy drink may contain around 35 to 40 grams or 10 teaspoons of sugar.
Keep healthy snacks easier to reach. Dates, turkey jerky, almonds, dried fruit, walnuts, etc can help curb your cravings.
